Handmade Pendant in Oxidized Sterling Silver, Carnelian and Chatoyant Gray Quartz. This type of quartz is often a subtle and consistent gray color, hence the name, but this stellar piece must have had a lot of iron present as it formed which gave it this beautiful color variation. The contrast between the milky translucence of the carnelian and the opaque chatoyance of the quartz creates such a nice effect.
